Hot Cider with blackcurrant
INGREDIENTS
- 75 gr. sugar
- 1 bottle of cider
- 10 tablespoons. Tea cream (liqueur) blackcurrant
PREPARATION
- In a large saucepan, bring sugar and cider. (preparation will boost ...)
- Bring to a simmer over low heat, diluting until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat,
stir in creme de cassis and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
