Hot Cider with blackcurrant

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 gr. sugar
  • 1 bottle of cider
  • 10 tablespoons. Tea cream (liqueur) blackcurrant

 

PREPARATION

  • In a large saucepan, bring sugar and cider. (preparation will boost ...)
  • Bring to a simmer over low heat, diluting until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Remove from heat, stir in creme de cassis and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
