Sauteed chicken with cream of cassis
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr. of sautéed chicken
- 1 half-glass of dry white wine
- 100 gr. bacon or bacon
- 400 gr. fresh mushrooms or canned
- 1 half-glass of liquid
(cream) de cassis
PREPARATION
- Slice and Dice the chicken into strips or diced.
- Bake in a casserole for 15 min. with one cup water, white wine and 1 tablespoon mustard
- Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
- At
the end of the first cooking time, reserving the broth and fry the chicken and bacon in the same pan with olive oil for a few minutes.
- Add 1 tsp. tablespoons of flour, mushrooms, cream of
cassis and broth.
- Continue cooking for 20 min. stirring occasionally, until thickened.
