Sauteed chicken with cream of cassis

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr. of sautéed chicken
  • 1 half-glass of dry white wine
  • 100 gr. bacon or bacon
  • 400 gr. fresh mushrooms or canned
  • 1 half-glass of liquid (cream) de cassis

 

PREPARATION

  • Slice and Dice the chicken into strips or diced.
  • Bake in a casserole for 15 min. with one cup water, white wine and 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Cut the mushrooms into pieces.
  • At the end of the first cooking time, reserving the broth and fry the chicken and bacon in the same pan with olive oil for a few minutes.
  • Add 1 tsp. tablespoons of flour, mushrooms, cream of cassis and broth.
  • Continue cooking for 20 min. stirring occasionally, until thickened.
